Executive Director
NICOLE TORRES
Nicole leads in the realization of our organization’s mission and vision through the development and implementation of the organization’s overall strategy. She steers our advocacy efforts and programs across Southeast Asia and provides technical guidance and direction for the organization. Nicole has more than a decade of experience in working with government agencies, non-government organizations, and communities from the local to international level, on matters concerning environmental governance, sustainable development, and community rights. Her vast experience as an educator and development worker lays the foundation for the work of the organization.
Deputy Executive Director
CECILIA THERESE GUIAO
Niner oversees our general operations, working to streamline processes to ensure the maximization of our efforts and resources. She supports the development and implementation of Manawari’s overall strategy and facilitates the determination and administration of our operational budget. Niner has been working on climate change and environmental law and policy at the national and international levels since 2009 and has served as an operations manager for a private organization since 2016. Her legal background and experience working within and among various sectors provide critical insight toward the execution and operationalization of Manawari’s overall agenda.
Pat spearheads our work on inspiring and influencing key stakeholders, through the development and advancement of advocacy strategies that highlight key environmental issues and expertise within Southeast Asia and the execution of engaging and informative communication strategies to influence communities, stakeholders, and policymakers toward addressing the triple planetary crises. With her extensive experience in advocacy building with different international and national organizations, Pat brings expertise to our team.

Training and Education
Sella manages our empowerment agenda by conceptualizing and executing educational and capacity-building programs targeted for key sectors across Southeast Asia, and the development of resource materials focused on the climate crisis, biodiversity loss, and sustainable development. With 8 years of experience working with non-government organizations on capacitating and action planning with youth, local governments, and other sectoral groups for environment and climate change advocacy and governance, Sella’s experience contributes to the strong foundation for achieving our organizational goals.
ANGELIKA LOURDES PIZARRO
Program Officer for
Partnerships and Engagements
Ika manages our institutional partnerships and engagements, both nationally and internationally, through the provision of administrative support to the operations of Manawari, including the management of its portfolio of grants and projects and by representing the organization at various levels. With her experience working in various sectors including the academe and government, handling international cooperation efforts, and her background in policy research in the areas of human rights, national security, outer space policy, and environment, Ika brings valuable perspective and experience to our team.

KEITH SIGFRED ANCHETA
Keith manages our collaborative efforts by connecting with local community and sectoral networks, including youth, persons with disabilities, indigenous people, and women. Keith leads our engagements with key institutions and coalitions across Southeast Asia to foster greater learning and collaboration on shared advocacies at all levels. With an extensive background in volunteering with environmental organizations and networks at both national and international levels, Keith's commitment to meaningful youth engagement in climate action and his extensive networks and ongoing involvement in various initiatives extend the reach of our initiatives.
